How to book?

Unless you already know the reference of the villa you choose, you can use our search engine to show our availability to suit your different criteria (destination, dates, number of people, type of accommodation ...). Our schedules are updated regularly and sometimes several times a day.
You can, in the next step, refine your search if you like (animal, air conditioning, dishwasher, sea view, internet ...)

  • Deposit required 30% on booking. 
  • Balance due 45 days before departure (for departures within 45 days, the whole is to be paid upon booking). 
  • Accepted payment methods: checks, credit card (except American Express), species, money order, travelers checks, bank transfer.

1. Book on our secure website:

Step 1.3: Complete the information fields related to your rental.
After you click "book this property", you must fill in the information requested.

Warning: The number of participants should be informed accurately (note: are considered "baby", children 0-2 years beyond, they are considered children).
Overflow: If the registered capacity exceeds the licensed capacity, it will then we interviewed the manager of the rental for authorization and validation of the number of people required. However, you can continue the process.
Calculation rate:
On the right side is displayed in real time the corresponding price.
You are also able to subscribe to one of our insurance if desired (see conditions insurance application)
Finally, depending on your departure date, the amount payable is calculated on booking (30% if starting more than 45 days, 100% if starting within 45 days).
Step 2/3: Writing your personal data.
If you are already registered with us simply enter your email and password.
If you forget your password, you can fill in your email address where you will receive a new password.
If you're not registered on our site : Please complete the information fields, including mandatory defined by an asterisk (*).

Step 3.3: Summary of information entered.

Check the accuracy of the recorded information about booking your holiday and your personal data. Feel free to return to previous steps when changing.

You will then have to read and validate acceptance of our conditions of sale (see conditions of sale).

Payment method to validate to make your reservation: 

  • Credit card, 
  • Check (checks accepted) 
  • Cash or money order
  • Wire transfer. 



  • All information that you get back will remain completely confidential and will be received on a mail opened only by a dedicated member of our agency. 
  • If you make your reservation by credit card on our secure site, no payment will be taken without verification and confirmation of the good availability of your rental.



Upon receipt of your reservation request, your home will be immediately blocked for your dates and your name. 

We will wait to receive the written permission of its ready availability and send you at the same time your booking contract corresponding (by post or email) .
This will be returned to us in signing the following five days, with payment, otherwise the rental will be released.

You can also book your rental by contacting us on +33 1 30 46 94 25. We are excited to perform for you booking your holiday.

For immediate booking, you can send us by phone your credit card number (+ expiry date and security code).

We will need information about renting:

  • Ads reference chosen
  • Dates of your stay 
  • Number of people (adults, children, baby). 
  • Presence of a pet? 


Then the information of your personal data

  • First name + name
  • Mailling address
  • E-mail 
  • Telephone number. 


We will check with you the good availability of rental selected after written and availability of this validation, you will receive your booking contract (by post or email).

This will be returned to us in signing the following five days, with payment, otherwise the rental will be released.

Rarement vu une villa (location vacances) aussi bien équipée en matériel de cuisine, TV même si nous ne les avons pas allumé (1 dans le salon et 1 par chambre), imprimante, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sache linge, table à repasser, sache cheveux..... La salle de bain est un endroit étonnant (musique /lumière) mais très agréable. Il ne manquait strictement rien. On se croyait à la maison. C'est Top -- Villa VM ANA
