Cancellation conditions for this rental:

• Cancellation more than 70 days before your arrival: loss of the deposit paid + administration fees.
• Cancellation between 69 and 30 days before your arrival: 50% of the total amount of your rental + administration fees.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before your arrival date: the totality (100%) of your rental will be retained.

For rentals of 15 people and more:

• Cancellation more than 70 days before your arrival: loss of the deposit paid + administration fees.
• Cancellation less than 69 days before your arrival date: the totality (100%) of your rental will be retained.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Saona Villas (and preferably by registered letter) and the date of receipt shall prevail for the application of costs.

Special COVID measures applicable to this rental:

We are doing everything we can to help our vacationers with the consequences of COVID-19.
We offer the option to modify your booking up to 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date with a change fee of EUR 75 only.

You can change your dates of stay for the same house (depending on availability) or choose another rental or even another destination among France, Spain, Portugal, Italy or Croatia.
Note : only villas with the reference: (3 letters) -ROB (3 numbers) (ex FPV-ROB667) may be subject to modification with your current reservation.
