Schedule and availability

Availability of our rentals are daily updated and our schedules provide very good reliability.

The rates on each of our listings also indicate the occupancy of the selected rental status:

• Green: available week 
• Gray : busy week 
• Yellow : week "booking in progress" by one of our customers. 
• White: the availability is on demand, you must contact us (this concerns some housing). 

Warning:
We aren't however immune to a last minute booking whose we do not yet have knowledge or an overactive request and booking not allowing us a reactive and regular updating.

Therefore, as a precautionary measure for our customers, no payment, or option / reservation confirmation you will be sent without a written confirmation of the rent by our local receptive.
