SPECIAL TERMS APPLICABLE
On seasonal rentals of villas, furnished apartments, lodging and hotel themed villas.
To book a stay at least one adult must be among the occupants of a dwelling.
These special conditions are applied to any other trip unless more restrictive special conditions of the selected tour operator.
 
PRICE:
The prices of our accommodation provided in our listings are in Euros per week rental unless otherwise stated. The details of the services included is defined for each accommodation. Electricity, gas, various taxes and final cleaning are included in our prices, except where otherwise stated. We remind you that the balance must be paid no later than forty-five days before the date of your departure, and this according to the scale of cancellation penalties. We reserve the right to revise our rental price in the event of currency fluctuations, oil prices, or the cost of transportation, including associated fuel costs, or fees and taxes relating. They include our technical organizational costs (product research, intervention approach and gross margin) and therefore it is the customer to appreciate before departure if the price satisfies, and accept the same, that the amount established corresponds to a fixed price that can not be compared with public advertised rate or a specific promotion. If choosing a travel or tour package, rates for those services are different tour operators selected by SAONA VILLAS. They are indicative and subject to change without notice. The contract price is that at the final booking.
 
REGISTRATION, DEPOSIT AND BALANCE:
Deposit: 30% of the trip at the time of registration. Payment of the balance: 45 days before the departure date. For bookings made less than 45 days before the departure date, the full amount of benefits will be payable to the order. All registrations require an application fee of € 30. ATTENTION, for failure to observe this deadline, your home will be automatically canceled without notice.
 
Type of payment accepted: check, credit card (except American Express), species, money order, bank transfer.
 
RENTAL PERIOD:
Generally, rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise stated). Arrival time: between 16.00 pm and 19.00 pm . Start Time: 8 am to 10 am. For some destinations, the minimum stay is two weeks.
 
CLEANLINESS / PETS:
You agree to take all necessary steps to ensure that you and your family adhere to the rules inherent in the property you have chosen. The premises must be left as clean as when you arrive. Pets are admitted only to the extent that their presence has been requested and accepted at registration. Otherwise, the owner or local agent responsible for you on location may deny their presence.
 
DESCRIPTION OF RENTALS / NUMBER OF PEOPLE:
The descriptions provided by the local correspondents of our accommodations are faithfully transcribed in our data sheets. If, despite these many precautions, your car does not fit the description given SAONA VILLAS, as an intermediary service can not be held liable for a fault (due to concealment, misrepresentation, hidden defects ...) or a change made by the local correspondents or owners of the premises. If you exceed the number of people expected in your location, your arrival or during your stay, you do so at the risk of you refuse access or experiencing a price increase just claimed by the owner (except with approval of the local correspondent ).
 
RENTAL CONDITIONS / ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
. Arrival: The dates of arrival are usually on Saturdays (unless otherwise stated in the contract) the day and time specified in your travel book. If arriving on Sunday or late, local receptive must first be warned and in this case, fees can be requested. If after a period of 48 hours, no information was received by the receptive, the reservation will be canceled and the customer can not claim any refund.
. Complaints: If you notice there fault or imperfection, you are required to inform the local receptive or our agency in order to avoid inconvenience or complaints. If on site, there is very serious complaints, you are required to notify us from your place of stay. In this way, we have the opportunity to try to resolve this defect. See also our section on "Claims".
. Your rental at departure: Accommodations must be vacated clean, bins emptied. If a billing final household is counted in your booking fee, the customer must still provide for continuous good housekeeping and return them in a clean condition. If this were not the case, the additional cleaning costs or repair it would be charged with withholding the deposit paid.
. Early departure: If the customer decides to shorten his stay for any reason whatsoever, no refund will be due.
. Satellite TV: If this statement is shown on the description of the accommodation, this does not mean that we can capture emissions / English channels.
 
EQUIPMENT RENTAL:
Your rental must have kitchen equipment, tableware, furniture, and bedding. The owner is responsible for the quality and quantity of the equipment that must be related to the carrying capacity (garden furniture and deck pool, are not necessarily the same number as the carrying capacity). However, the decorations, colors and objects vary for each property. ATTENTION, the tenant should never intervene personally in machinery pools.
Occasionally, some facilities (hot water, swimming pool, washing machine ...) may require repairs. Our correspondent there will arrange to solve the problem as soon as possible but it may take a little time especially during high season.
 
NOISE:
Neither the agency nor the owner will not be liable for any irregularities and / or lack of utility that can occur for water, electricity, phone, etc. ...In case of dockyard, various private or public events, the agency can not be held responsible for.
Some Mediterranean destinations, and among others Spain, are developing countries. Accidental nuisances such as noise from neighbors, discomfort caused by the proximity of a dockyard in progress, the presence of insects, lack of water supply due to drought ... can not incur liability SAONA VILLAS and no open claim for damages or compensation.
 
DEPOSIT:
A deposit is required on arrival (by check, credit card imprint or opportunity to be required here). Save in exceptional circumstances, it will not be cashed and will be returned at end of stay or no later than 2 weeks after the departure date, net of additional consumption, expenses and any damage after checking the inventory . The person in charge of your home can be refused your entry into the premises if you do not hand him the deposit. It is the customer get a deposit from the local party without responsibility SAONA VILLAS having to intervene.
 
In summer, due to the very high number and cross tenants (those leaving the rental and newcomers), it is often impossible to establish a contradictory premises. The accommodation given to the tenant will be considered consistent with the description and in good clean condition. Any complaints regarding cleanliness, malfunctioning appliances or other defect ... must be made in writing to the local receptive within 48 hours of entering the premises. After this period, they will be considered eligible. The deposit is a contractual treaty between receptive there and the landlord. So SAONA VILLAS not involved in the payment or collection of such deposits, its liability will be not incurred at any time.
 
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER:
We draw the attention of our customers about the impact of the cancellation of a single location, it is unique, the act of hiring can not be compared to contracts booking a hotel or other tourist services. You will find in your booking contract, the scale of cancellation charges, provided by the supplier or owner of accommodation selected and that applies to your location.
 
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF STAY:
When, before the departure, respect for one of the essentials of the contract is made impossible due to an external event that requires SAONA VILLAS TO or partner, the buyer will be notified immediately by his advisor , which will offer an amendment or termination of the contract. A written confirmation will be sent to the buyer who will make his choice as soon as possible. If the buyer chose to terminate the contract, he is entitled to reimbursement of all sums paid. On site, due to last minute imponderable events that may be related to each property, and in particular that you have rented, the receptive, on-site, reserves the right to make you change of house  for another of the same or larger capacity and equivalent or superior standing comfort.

Cases of force majeure of meteorological, epidemiological origin, relating to public security, environmental or coastal pollution, etc. will in no way imply partial or total reimbursement of the reservation.
 
FEE CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The penalty fees for cancellations are usually noted in your booking contract, and specified in the section "your rental." These conditions are then applicable to your rental and reservation. If these cancellation fees and penalties are not rated in your booking contract, then the following cancellation policy will apply. The date of receipt of registered letter determines the costs and scale:
- More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total cost of your trip.
- Between 59 and 45 days: 50% of the trip.
- Between 44 and 21 days: 80% of the trip.
- Between 20 days and the date of entry into the premises: 100% of the trip.
However, if the lease or housing, subject to the cancellation is re-booked (same dates), 70% of monies paid will be given.
 
PROPOSED INSURANCE: CANCELLATION / LIABILITY / ASSISTANCE REPATRIATION:
For your safety, SAONA VILLAS offers full insurance "special hire" (Cabinet BELEM) covering cancellation before departure, civil liability and repatriation assistance. The subscription of the insurance is optional. We urge you to sign up. No subscription from you, we can upon request, ask you a certificate of liability (accurately blankets movable and immovable property).
 
LOST LUGGAGE / SUPPORT / RENTAL RISK:
We can not respond to any claim for loss or theft of effects or luggage during transport or during holidays or provide interventions for accidents. It is at our customers to purchase adequate insurance or not. Likewise, it is advisable to establish a "holiday resort" extension of their Liability contract staff, for ensuring coverage the risk of theft, fire, water damage and both the rental risk for furniture leased . Use of pools: it is at our customers to take all precautions for the use of these facilities, especially if they stay with young children they must monitor. Customer acknowledges entirely harmless the organizer and property in the event of an accident to himself, his family or his guests.
 
COMPLAINT:
Any complaint or abnormality should be reportedat firt at our receptive to your site or keyholder. For all claims relating to your rental, you must notify us by telephone within 72 hours of arrival, the claim must, to be considered, to be followed by a registered letter with acknowledgment letter within 30 days following your stay. After this period (date of postmark), your application will not be considered. This claim will be immediately forwarded to the appropriate local or owner and we will send you a response. Acting as an intermediary, SAONA VILLAS will make every effort to amicably resolve the dispute that pit you against the owner. If no solution, only the courts which depends on the location of housing will be competent.
 
AIR TRANSPORT:
If we provide transport services, delays or changes due to social movements or technical problems, resulting in no case for compensation or cancellation of terrestrial services. These two benefits are in no way related. However, any damage caused to customers by an irregularity of air transport and the client feels aggrieved, it is recommended to go directly to the airline. Of course SAONA VILLAS will always strive to provide an alternative. Schedules communicated travel, are indicative. Indeed, for technical and security reasons, all airlines reserve the unique opportunity to change them. Delays or changes may not result in any compensation in any capacity whatsoever.
We draw your attention to the fact that the special flights on regular or charter companies are general rule non-changeable, non-refundable.
 
YOUR STAY:
SAONA VILLAS annually goes there to visit the maximum rental proposed and carefully selects its partners and service providers, relevant and responsive local ... and it is with the utmost care and professionalism of our team that we advise you on the choosing your stay based on your interests and requirements. However, despite our efforts and vigilance, the imponderable can happen. In these cases, very rare and whatever the reason for your claim, you can count on our commitment to make every effort to satisfy you and gain your loyalty.
 
GUARANTIES:
SAONA VILLAS as a travel organizer is covered by liability insurance (GAN ASSURANCES - Contract No. 131207167) covering the risks set out in Articles 21 and following of Decree 94490 of 6/15/94.
