Located in Provence Verte area, Brignoles is the capital of Centre Var after the City of Counts Provence. It is in a valley irrigated by sources and Caramy River and is equidistant from Draguignan, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Toulon. The counts of Provence established their palace in the 12th century. Today there is even a museum with a sarcophagus dating from the 3rd century Christian altars 4th and 6th century ...
You can discover the old town of Brignoles through two routes: circuit of walls and intramural track! Old buildings, squares, towers and ancient gates give its character and authenticity to the city.

The city center (located near the old Brignoles) has a busy shopping area, do not miss the Saturday morning market. Around town, the hills of vineyards, with a wide range of varietals from Provence, represent one of the most famous resources in the region.

- Door Templar Gate Hospice, dating from the 16th century.
- Museum of Brignoles Country that the sarcophagus of Gayolle, a monument dating from the 2nd century.
