la villa est bien équipée.
j'ai signalé en début de séjour 2 sièges de jardin en mauvais état (1 cassé et 1 dévissé), et j'ai envoyé les photos par mél suite à mon passage à l'agence. Personne n'est venu contrôler. Seule les chambres étaient climatisées.
J'ai aussi loué d'autres maison où les programmes français étaient disponibles. La maison est connectée au serveur Astra et rien de notre TNT n'est présent. Le propriétaire doit être allemand.
Cependant, notre séjour est globalement positif sur cette location.

Environnement tranquille. Jardin et piscine (8x4) très agréables. Equipement complet (moustiquaires,clim, wi-fi...). Aucun problème à signaler.

Nous rentrons juste de notre séjour; la maison, la piscine ainsi que les installations nous ont pleinement satisfaits !!! L'endroit est très calme et très reposant, c'est ce que nous cherchions. Supermarchés, tennis et balades sont à proximité. Parfait !

Réceptif : très bien (francais parlé). Emplacement : très bien (si elle avait été un peu plus haut dans la rue, elle aurait été trop en hauteur). Maison : très propre, beacoup de terrasses pour le soleil. Nettoyage de la piscine : un allemand venait presque tous les jours. Bien qu'il fallait prendre la voiture, les commerces et les restaurants n'étaient pas loin. A conseiller. Bonne journée

Excellent séjour au sein de la villa Michel tout était parfait. Je voudrais juste apporter une suggestion ça serait de mettre la climatisation dans les chambres. En effet nous venons du pas de calais et n'avons pas des chaleurs aussi fortes et donc beaucoup de mal à dormir, merci de prendre en considération cette suggestion.

Très sympa cette petite villa . Il manque peut-être une chambre et encore c'est pas sur. Rien à redire c'est propre et pratique même si un pare douche serait peut être plus adéquat. En dehors de ce détail, c'était parfait.

Villa très propre et agréable conforme à la description, mais cuisine infecté de fourmis. La qualité des matelas de la chambre enfants est à revoir. Point noir : la maison est en hauteur, impossible de rentré la voiture dans l'allée la pente est trop raide et un 4x4 est impérative au vu de l'état de la pente (pas facile pour déchargé les bagages et les courses). La gazinière extérieur ne fonctionnait pas. Enfin, la villa est assez loin de la coté, la voiture est impérative pour tout déplacement.
