Rental villa Tossa de Mar Costa Brava
Tossa de Mar is a town in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain, in the county of La Selva.
Tossa de Mar, Tossa sometimes abbreviated, is a popular resort for its white houses and many beaches like Playa Grande, Playa El Codolar and Playa de Mar Menuda. This is one of the few villages where the maritime forest still happens to the sea. It is divided into two different parts: the Old City (Vila Vella) also known as Upper Town, the famous medieval walls and the lower town whose area is larger and is more urbanized, more modern. Tossa de Mar is located on the shores of the Mediterranean in Catalonia, at the southern end of the Costa Brava, 15 km from the mouth of Riu Tordera which marks the border between Costa Brava and the Costa Daurada.
The village of Tossa is one of the most famous of the Costa Brava resorts, cradled in mountains in large part covered with forests. South of Sant Feliu de Guixols and north of Lloret de Mar, Tossa is a typical example of a Catalan coastal town.
